Engaged

I am so far behind but Jamisen and I are officially engaged as of Oct 21 2011 after dating for 14 months. We are both extremely excited to move forward with our lives together. We still have not set a date but I will let everyone know once we have. I could not ask for a better guy to spend the rest of my life with.

Looking up

Things for Jamisen and I have really been looking up. This Month we have both been able to get jobs. Jamisen is working at Jimmy Johns and he really likes it and I just started work at Allconnect this week. I hope things will stay on an uphill climb for at least the next few months :)

Anniversary Pictures

My sister Alesha Thomas is an amazing photographer and she was kind enough to take our pictures for our one year anniversary. Here are a few of my favorites

23!

You all may know that I turned 23 on the 2nd of September. Well I had a really tough time with this I am not entirely sure why. This past year had been a really tough one with work and money situations so you would think that I would be happy that it has come and gone, but I realized that I don't want to get any older before I have finished all of my goals. I guess it is good that turning a year older has put me into gear in order to do just that. This year Jay had to work so we had a little family BBQ lunch. We had your normal BBQ food Hamburgers and hot dogs and my mom made some pasta salad. It was really good I miss BBqin' all the time. After lunch we had Cheesecake birthday cake which is my fav. Camden and Bransyn helped me blow out my candles (which I think was there fav part) After the BBQ we headed home and I got ready to go to Mesquite with my mom and Greg. We went to Samurai 21 and had some amazing food with some really good entertainment. I just would like to say that I the the Samurai in Mesquite alot better than the one in St. George. After dinner we headed over to the casino to gamble. I have never really been into gambling but going with my mom and Greg I had so much fun. After we Gambled for a couple of hours we went and played bingo which I think would have been a lot more fun if they didn't have any machines that played for you. We went old school and did paper. Unfortunately none of us one :( but we did have fun. After bingo jay met up with us after he was off work and I gambled the rest of the night with him at the tables. My mom had started me off with 20 bucks and we came home with 80 :). When we finished gambling Jays mom was also in Mesquite and had gotten a suite there so we headed up to the amazing suite and crashed out. All in all this was one of the greatest birthdays I have had in quite a few years :)

One Year!!

Jamisen and I had our one year anniversary today. It is so crazy how fast this year has gone by and we both have grown so much. When we started dating I never thought it would turn into such an amazing relationship. I am so happy that he is in my life he is the sweetest and the best man I could ever ask for. We didn't really have much money to go out a fully celebrate this special occasion since we just moved back to St. George, but that didn't stop us from hanging out and having a great time around town window shopping and talking about the future. Most people know that I hate to window shop and future talk sometimes scares me a little but with Jamisen it is so different and I just love to be around him. I know this is really cheesy but I feel like I am the luckiest girl in the world to have this amazing guy in my life. I just really want to say how proud I am of him on how much he has grown in just the past four months. I hope the next year is just as great as this one has been. I love you Jamisen Liddiard

Texas

You all may know that Jay and I lived in texas for about three months while he was installing security systems. We really loved being there for about the first two weeks while we got to explore everything. After that we ran out of things to do there and it was WAY too hot with all that humidity. I have a few pictures of our drive there and the aquarium (which was way cooler then the ones in Utah) I am really glad that we got to experience living somewhere other than utah because it made us realize how much we love to live in Utah. These pictures are not in order
